I ordered a cleaning from AKS Family cleaning a few weeks ago. They were very responsive online but difficult to book because their prices were low and they were booked out for a week. They are definitely competitive pricing wise versus other cleaners in the area. On cleaning day they sent me one of their cleaners to clean 3 bathrooms and 1 kitchen and a staircase/hallway mop down. The cleaning took about 3 hours with 1 cleaner. But boy was I impressed! The cleaner did the cleaning very professionally - she made the toilet clean and shiny like new and the shower glass completely streak free. I've hired other cleaners before but they've always left with glass streaks -- hence I was very impressed by the attention to detail. The cleaner even asked me to spot check every location she cleaned (definitely a level of detail I didn't see with other cleaning companies). My house is now super clean and I am very impressed with the job. This was a very professional cleaning and I will definitely hire them again.

Very communicative, reasonable pricing, and did a GREAT job! Scheduling the appointment was done easily and with such a friendly demeanor. Other services that I messaged through Yelp were quick to dismiss with very short "No.", "We don't do that." type of answers vs AKS Family Cleaning, who asked me questions about what I needed FIRST. They also seems to be one of the only cleaning services that offer appointments for Sundays, which was critical for me. Dayani and Bowser did an excellent job and were so nice. They came to clean a 2bath/2bed apartment in just under 4 hours. We had quite a bit to clean (scrub stovetop/fridge/microwave, bathtubs/toilets). I was so impressed during our walkthrough at the end and they were honestly a third of the cost of other services. I would highly highly recommend them!

Great service, they did an excellent job And very very reasonable and reliable. I'm so glad I found them. Very nice lady. This was a tenant apartment but she did an amazing transformation. I ended up paying more than what she asked.

I originally hired AKS Cleaning when moving into a new apartment, and they did such a wonderful job that I now have them scheduled to come each month. They do a really thorough job and always leave my home sparkling. They also go out of their way to accommodate any requests and are very responsive with communication.
